"Showed up fast, no drama"
I ordered from thebarreltap.com it got here faster than I was expecting. The tracking was straightforward enough, and the box showed up in good shape, which is always a relief...
I’ve had a few annoying experiences with other sites taking forever or not updating shipping, so this was a nice change. Smooth overall, and yeah, I’d order from them again...

"Arrived leaking and felt mishandled"
The bottle showed up in rough shape. The packaging was really disappointing, with hardly any padding, and the bottle had dents on it. The seal was wet too, like it had leaked during shipping. after paying what I did, it made me feel a little uneasy, like they stopped caring once they had my money. I expected it to at least arrive clean and intact.

"Good selection, but my favorites were gone"
They’ve got a solid range of bottles, and I’ll admit I’m a little biased because I usually go in looking for my usual favorites. The downside was that a couple of the ones I wanted were already sold out. Overall it’s a decent spot, but I’d like it a lot more if the availability was a bit more reliable...

"Support took more effort than it should’ve"
I emailed them about my order and did eventually get a reply, but it took longer than I expected. I had to keep checking my inbox and wondering if anyone was actually going to get back to me, which was kind of annoying. They did answer my question in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower and more of a hassle than it needed to be. Faster support would make a big difference.

"Prices were a bit hard to justify"
I ordered from thebarreltap.com, i got kind of impatient looking at the prices because a few bottles were higher than I expected. By the time shipping was added, it just didn’t feel like a great deal. The site worked fine and my order arrived without any issues, but for the price, I was expecting better value. Next time I’d probably take the extra time to compare prices elsewhere before buying.

"Terrible place to order from.10%charge to cancel."
Takes forever to order. Then if you try to cancel they charge you 10% for nothing!!! Customer service just laughs at you for being so stupud.
